Detailed Course Overview:

Who is this for?

This qualification is for learners who work in a front line role ensuring the security and safety of customers at public events. It covers the gap between SIA licence linked and Spectator safety qualifications, including a wide range of subjects from understanding how to use information resources to build an anticipated profile of a crowd, those outside a venue and the methodology of analysing their behaviours to identify potential safety and security risks. Responses to perceived ‘persons of interest’ are also covered from an operatives perspective.
