Could you be a FGH Mystery Customer?

Mystery Customers required for various assignments, ensuring our range of operations exceeds industry standards and expectations.  Duties will vary but shall include penetration tests of sites and/ or visits to our customer’s premises. You will be required to test the knowledge, demeanour and friendliness of our operatives as part of our internal quality management program.

We have 6 separate casual positions available for a fixed 2 year contract.  No experience is necessary, however, experience of quality customer service and/ or within the performing arts would be advantageous.

Applicants are encouraged from a diverse range of backgrounds and geographical areas.  Due to the nature of our work, applicants must be over the age of 18.

Full training will be provided and work will be allocated on a quarterly basis. Applicants should expect to be assigned one or two mystery visits quarterly.  Assignments will take place in a variety of locations across the north-west; as some travel will be required access to your own transport is a necessity.

Pay rate £8 per hour + expenses. We look to encourage applications from within our current client base.
