We look after our team and celebrate our team’s successes. Yesterday on Tuesday 16th October 2019 we held our ‘2019 FGH Prize Draw’.
We gave out Heavyweight T-shirts, Premium Sweatshirts and Deluxe Hoodies to thank our hard-working team for their fantastic effort over the 2019 festival season!
These were presented by our Managing Director, Peter Harrison a week apart in our Manchester and Lancaster Offices. The prize draw has become a yearly FGH tradition where our team meet to see a spinning gameshow wheel on a big screen in our the Lancaster Head Office. The Prize Draw was also live-streamed on our Festival Team Facebook Group so nobody missed out on the draw. The evening was also a great time for team members to meet up who haven’t seen each other since the summer came to a close.
The FGH Awards:
- GOLD Award – The team member must have worked 12 events and will receive a Deluxe Gold-print Hoodie and 3 entries to the prize draw.
- SILVER Award – The team member must have worked 9 events and will receive a Premium Silver-print Sweatshirt and 2 entries to the prize draw.
- BRONZE Award – The team member must have worked 6 events and will receive a Heavyweight Bronze-print T-Shirt and 1 entry to the prize draw.
- The Support Team are not eligible for holiday draw.
- The Holiday needs booking in 2019 and using before 31st March 2020.
- Max. £250 of the £1000 can be paid in a bonus on wages as ‘holiday spending money’.
- We run three draws: Draw 1 has everyone in, Draw 2 is just Silver and Gold, Draw 3 is just for Gold.
- If you worked a ‘build’ shift over a given weekend of another event, you will still be counted.
- Those included need to have had to work at least one event in August or September.
This means that if any of our team members have worked 12 festivals and events then they have a 3% chance of a holiday from the Gold draw, plus a 2% chance from the Silver draw and just under 1% chance from the Bronze draw!
