FGH Movember Update

If you’ve been following us on Facebook or just generally seeing our staff going about their duties you’ll have noticed that this year across the company we are taking part in Movember to raise awareness of health issues that effect men. This year the campaign is focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health problems and we are aiming to raise £4,000 with the combined fundraising efforts of our staff.

management-mo-winnerIn addition to this following on from the success of last year we also have our own FGH Movember awards which are given to the winners at our annual awards night. The categories this year are; Most Money Raised, Best Team Photo and Best Individual Mo so get growing and preening. We are now over halfway through Movember and this week staff voted on the best Management Mo, which was won by Danny Geere, and we are now really driving to get as much money raised as possible. We really do appreciate every penny you can give to help us reach our ambitious target so if you’d like to donate you can do so by going to our official Movember page by clicking here or donate through an individual staff member’s page.

Unlike a lot of other security companies we actively try to give back to the communities we operate in and raise funds thought the year for a variety of good causes as part of our overreaching corporate social responsibility strategy. We actively look to engage with as many staff to take part in these activities and initiatives as possible however we have an excellence company culture which means our staff usually go out of their way to help in whatever ways they can.
