This year FGH launched a benefits portal which included a 24/7 Doctor, 24/7 Mental Health advice, Care support, and free Fitness & Nutritional advice. A range of benefits that mean more than just discounts at your local shopping centre.
We agree with scientists that fitness and being active can improve wellbeing and improve mental and physical health. What you do with your body can have a powerful effect on good mental wellbeing.
The wellbeing health check only takes 10 minutes and it gives a good indication of the person’s health and fitness levels. It can also produce healthy eating and exercise plans specific to them.
FGH Team members can browse through the latest research articles written by experts. Learn how to maintain a healthy way of life with reliable advice produced by experienced doctors and sourced from medical journals and professional organisations.
The portal will also help the team find a gym if they choose to do so and get signed up with discounted rates. There are also loads of link to apps and podcasts to inspire whether you’re looking to start running or kick the smoking habit.
