Our Values

Our mission and values define our actions from the strategic level all the way to the front-line service.  They act as anchors to keep us on track and guide us through our decisions.  They are displayed on vehicles, uniforms, and all paperwork.  They shape our processes and procedures. 

Our mission statement ‘Keeping People Safe’ was based on a conversation that our Managing Director had with his children.  It was designed as the answer to the question ‘what does daddy do all day?’  The answer was simply ‘we keep people safe.’  So that is the reason we exist as an organisation.
