We are proud to announce we have passed our annual training compliance audit and have been commended for best practice in training standards by the BIIAB. We have also been confirmed as a low-risk training centre.
We have been training Door Supervisors for over a decade but earlier this year completely reshaped the training division by instilling a new Learning and Development Officer and team of trainers to help improve performance, raise standards and deliver the best SIA DS Course in the UK.
During the Audit which took place last month, we were recognised by the BIIAB for best practice in a number of fields including the use of new Team Portal. While on their visit they commented on our well-equipped training rooms and office space. They also noted the attempts made by us to improve the quality and control of the training we are delivering and how knowledgeable and competent our trainers are.
Learning & Development Officer, Abby Edmunds said, “our BIIAB auditor advised us that there can be few other training companies in the UK, let alone any security companies, that have put as much time and effort into enhancing the delivery of their qualifications and made such a commitment to qualitative improvement. We were also asked to consider expanding the courses we deliver on behalf of the BIIAB. I am delighted that we have received such positive feedback, especially as this year has been such a rollercoaster with many challenges and learning curves. All credit should be levied at our trainers who are literally exceptional”
